Swanage Day Trip

This is a day for people who want to experience getting out of Poole Harbour and have a sail in company past the magnificent Old Harry Rocks and Ballard Down to Swanage where we will be able to stop for a few hours for lunch at the Swanage Sailing Club, and a look around the town before heading back to the Poole Yacht Club for drinks and a chat.
The water taxi has launched earlier than they normally do just for us and will be called when we arrive. we will be dropped off at the floating pontoon by the pier.
Lunch at Swanage Sailing Club is booked for all members and crew on the Swanage Day Trip. The lunch is at 14.00 which is a Roast chicken dinner at £10.00, with a sweet at £3.50 if wanted. We all pay the club after we’ve eaten. Drinks will be available at the bar. This meal is being put on by the volunteer Chef and his helpers especially for our trip. The club has been advised of numbers booked so if you cancel please drive round so the food is used or we may be charged.
