Jo McGregor – Bluebell’s Final Voyage

Jo MacGregor and friend Oli, sailed Bluebell(a 16ft open dinghy) Across the English Channel to Alderney. A feat that would be truely daunting for many others.

It turned out to be a voyage of 2 parts: a successful, and bold crossing, followed, the next day, by catastrophe when the rudder broke in the famous Alderney Race!!
