Classic & Cruising Fitting Out Supper 2025

Our Annual  Classic Boat and Cruising Sections Fitting Out Supper is always a great way to start the cruising and yachting year and we would love you all to join us.

For your entertainment there will be various video presentations during the evening of the happy events and times that we enjoyed during the 2023 season. They will be on the big screen and in the background but easily seen by all, and hope you will enjoy them as much as we have enjoyed making them.

We always have a delicous two course meal, the menus will be posted a little nearer the time.

Fitting out Supper Menu

Mains served Mains with panache of vegetables

1. Chicken supreme stuffed with chorizo and halloumi served with rich spicy tomato broth, Cajun potato wedges.

2. Slow braised pork loin steak with a rich gravy with smoked bacon, mushrooms and button onion served with creamy mash.

3. Creamy wild mushroom risotto with spinach, edamame beans, peas, and parmesan.

Desserts as requested

1. Chocolate bread and butter pudding with custard

2. Fresh fruit salad with cream or sorbet

3. Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and ice cream

4. Lemon posset with shortbread
